Many of the children who eat Mary’s Meals consider their feeding mug to be a cherished item. This kit helps children to turn a household mug into a collection cup, complete with decorative labels, to raise funds and fight hunger.

Meals Make a Difference

Mary's Meals learning resource (age: 5-8)

Meals Make A Difference is a cross-curricular learning resource for teachers to use with students between five and eight years old. The resource will support the curriculum objectives of developing your pupils as successful learners, confident individuals,
responsible citizens and effective contributors.

The sessions are infused with opportunities for pupils to develop cross-curricular skills for life, learning and work. The activities will also link to learning about the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, helping students understand how children around the world are impacted by issues such as rights and development.

Hunger to Hope

Mary's Meals learning resource (age: 8-11)

Hunger to Hope is a cross-curricular learning resource for teachers to use with students between eight and 11 years old. The resource will support the curriculum objectives of developing your students as ethical and informed citizens, creative contributors and confident individuals.

The sessions are infused with opportunities for students to develop cross-curricular skills, thinking skills and personal capabilities. The activities will also link to learning about the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child, and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, helping students understand how children like them around the world are impacted by issues such as rights and development.

Generation Hope

Project based lessons - on SDGS and life skills (age: 11+)

At Mary’s Meals, we believe that young people are innovators, creators of the future and agents of change who will find solutions to the global problems of hunger, poverty and injustice. This new educational material is designed to raise awareness among the next generation of teenagers and young adults about the daily challenges faced by children supported by Mary’s Meals. The projects and lessons will help them better understand the current state of the world while also developing skills and key competences that can be used to bring about local and global change.
