Mary's Meals at the Medjugorje International Youth Festival
For many years, Mary’s Meals has been invited to be a part of the programme at Mladifest. On stage each year, we hear inspirational testimonies from people whose lives have been changed in Medjugorje and who have gone on to become part of the Mary’s Meals movement. We also hear updates from those who those who have been directly impacted by our school feeding programme.
Our youth ambassadors at Mladifest
Mladifest is an opportunity for our youth ambassadors to highlight the work they’ve been doing to engage young people and raise awareness of Mary’s Meals’ work in their own countries as part of our Youth Ambassador Programme.
At Mary’s Meals, we believe that young people are innovators, culture shapers and agents of change who will find solutions to the global issues of hunger, poverty and injustice. We believe that you can be the generation which brings us closer to the realisation of “Zero Hunger by 2030” and a different future to the world we are living in.

How to get involved with Mary's Meals
Many of our Youth Ambassadors from all over the world are present throughout the week at Mladifest. If you're aged between 16-25 and have a passion to end world hunger, you could join our global community of Youth Ambassadors across 20 countries where Mary’s Meals has a presence.
This will give you an opportunity to help grow our movement in your local community by raising awareness and fundraising in your school, university, workplace or as part of a national group, and connect with other young people across the world.
Visit our Information Centre or our stall in the Parish Yard of St James Church in Medjugorje to speak to one of them to learn more about our mission and how you can get involved in our work through giving your money, goods, skills, time or prayer to grow the movement.
